SUMMARY:Successful Rotations for Regenerative Organic Cultivated Crops May 2
DESCRIPTION:Luke Peterson is a farmer\, who along with his wife Ali\, operates organic and regenerative A-Frame Farm\, near Dawson\, MN\, where they raise grains and grass-fed beef. Ali also works off the farm as a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife. Together they believe that soil health equals human health. The nutrient-dense food crops and collaborative relationships they have with their partners and consumers inspire Luke and Ali to farm this way. The quality of their products and their relationships in the marketplace bring resiliency to their local food system and rural economy. They grow grains including yellow corn\, Nothstine Dent corn\, soybeans\, Forefront spring wheat\, Redeemer winter wheat\, two-row barley\, golden flax\, emmer\, einkorn\, Kernza\, and buckwheat. Luke has been featured in Forbes\, Modern Farmer\, Eating Well\, and season two of the PBS show Tastemakers\, and sits on the board of Perennial Promise Growers Coop. A-Frame Farm is Regenerative Organic Certified® Learning Farm (ROLC). @aframefarm (Instagram) Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aframefarm/
