Start your Regenerative Organic Certified® Renewal Process

Gather all the required information and documents before you start.  Documents must be in PDF, JPEG, PNG, .XLSX, or .DOCX format. Once you begin, you can save progress, but we encourage you to complete the application in one session.

At the ROA, we are constantly updating and upgrading our process to provide the most efficient and helpful approach available. We strive to make your renewal process as effortless as possible.

All Regenerative Organic Certified farmers and ranchers are required to submit their renewal application. It is the best place to review program status, start communicating changes and consider new or alternate options. A yearly renewal of your application helps us to stay current with program policies and understand any changes in your operation.

Once your application renewal process is finalized, the ROA will submit your information to your certifying body so they can maintain professional audit plans.

If applicable and after submitting your complete renewal online application, you will receive an invoice from accounting@regenorganic.org for your annual ROA Producer Fee and any other applicable fees as defined in the Cost and Fee Structure.

Per our Terms and Definitions, Processing is any stage in the supply chain where ROC materials (i.e., plant or animal products) are modified. Processing may include activities such as slaughter, milling, cooking, mixing, and packaging a final product. Processing may occur at a separate facility or on-farm. If the latter, then the farm or ranch is both producer and processor.

An example of this would be an operation that both grows Regenerative Organic Certified® coconuts then processes them into coconut products (i.e. coconut oil, sugar, etc.) and sells these products with Regenerative Organic Certified® claims under its own label and packaging.

Processing and selling products with ROC claims requires you to have a grower license. See Cost and Fee Structure 2.4 for more information on related fees.

SECTION 3 – Crop / Livestock Value

What is your estimated value of all Regenerative Organic Certified® eligible crops and livestock to be harvested in the current calendar year?(Required)
See Cost and Fee Structure 2.3 for more information.

SECTION 4 - Agreement

The ROA Producer License Agreement must be submitted annually. Please note the new option to be contacted via our online directory in Section A of this agreement.
