2026 License Renewal Application

Important Notice: License renewal applications are due annually. If a renewal application is submitted after the deadline, ROA will automatically invoice the maximum licensing fee tier as outlined in the Cost and Fee Structure. Adjustments to fees will be made only after all required documentation is received and reviewed.

Before beginning your renewal, please make sure you have read and understand the Regenerative Organic Certified® Framework and governing documents, including the Supply Chain Guidelines, Labeling Guidelines, and Cost & Fee Structure. All use of the Regenerative Organic Certified® Marks must comply with the Labeling Guidelines & Terms of Use. If you have questions, please email label@regenorganic.org.

Products which are intended to carry a Regenerative Organic Certified® claim must be described on the Brand Regenerative Organic System Plan (ROSP) and Product Claimed Material Worksheet (PCMW). Changes to the products or supply chain will require an updated ROSP and PCMW to be submitted. The licensee requirements are outlined in ROA’s Supply Chain Guidelines and the Buyer’s Criteria section of the Regenerative Organic Certified® Framework.

Each actor in a licensed business supply chain must complete the Supply Chain Actor (SCA) Disclosure Form. Completed forms will be uploaded in this application.

Please gather the following supporting documents before starting this application:

A signed Brand License Agreement (only required if your business name or DBA have changed)
Your most recent organic or GOTS/OCS certificate(s)
Your most recent organic certificates of supply chain actors (if applicable)
Completed Claimed Material Worksheet (if products or supply chain have changed)
Completed Regenerative Organic System Plan (ROSP) for licensed products
