Pablo Santos is an agricultural engineer with more than 10 years of experience in organic and agricultural certification processes, including national and international regulations. Passionate about healthy foods and the sustainable management of primary production systems, he promotes a rational and human approach to achieving healthy foods, emphasizing healthy soil management to achieve a better balance throughout the production chain.
Having participated in all stages of the certification process (audits, review processes, technical assistance, quality validation and certification decision-making), he takes a comprehensive approach to all actors in the process. Working with various crops and agri-food products from different countries has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge.
Pablo has also developed his own independent consulting services and participated in academic events.
Located in the city of Luján, about 44 miles from Buenos Aires, capital city of Argentina, it is also close to the vast plains of the pampas, the agricultural heart of southern South America.
