Egedeniz Regenerative Practices
No-till cotton cultivation using direct seeding into mulch to reduce soil disturbance and CO₂ emissions. Natural vegetation is retained as mulch, and a diverse cover of crop mix (pea, triticale, barley, oats) is used to build soil health and maintain year-round ground cover. Nutrients are applied through drip fertigation with certified organic inputs.

Social Impact Highlights
In partnership with ETO and UTAEM, this initiative is developing a scalable, evidence-based model for regenerative cotton in Turkey’s Aegean Region.

Transition Programs & Farmer Support
Provides farmers with agronomic guidance, soil and leaf testing, and economic analysis to support informed transition to regenerative practices.

Country
Turkey
