Produced by Bay-Area nonprofit One Step Closer (OSC), Ripple Fest is an annual gathering of impact-driven founders, CEOs, investors, and leaders in the natural products industry. Hosted at the Traditional Medicinals Guesthouse in Sebastopol, this invite-only event annually convenes 150 attendees through dynamic and interactive educational sessions, meaningful community time, and an energizing celebration and showcase featuring OSC members and partners. Themes and topics explored in past years events include sustainable packaging policy, regenerative supply networks, culture development, and aligned financing for purpose-driven companies.
