This application form is intended for previously approved certifying bodies with new assurance personnel interested in getting approved for the Regenerative Organic Certified® program. An eligible assurance person will be required to meet all auditor qualifications of the Regenerative Organic Certified® Operations Manual for CBs.

Once an application has been received and reviewed, the ROA will follow up with the applicant to obtain additional information necessary.

Before starting your application, please note the following:

    By completing this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following statements:

    4.1 The CB agrees to pay the $50 USD user fee, if applicable, to add the approved auditor to Trainual.com to complete the required ROC training. Note: The first four user accounts are free for each organization.

    4.2 The auditor approval will not progress until all required ROC training is completed in Trainual.com and a passing score is achieved. Once the ROA completes the assurance personnel approval, the assurance person will be qualified in myROC database and a letter of approval is sent to the CB.

    4.3 The organizational representative authorized to sign this application certifies that the information provided is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.

    The undersigned representative does hereby apply to the Regenerative Organic Alliance to be approved as an auditor to the Regenerative Organic Certified® program requirements.
