Come celebrate our mission at this inspirational and educational gathering that generously supports the outstanding work being done by Roots of Peace to support farmers in war-torn lands while combatting climate change. The event will be in two parts:

Symposium: Cultivating Peace Through Agriculture – Distinguished experts from around the world, including Nobel prize laureates and diplomats, will convene in support of farmers as they strive to nourish their communities in the face of expanding global challenges. Featured speakers include ROA Executive Director Elizabeth Whitlow, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos, Nobel Peace Prize Winner 2007 for Renewable Energy Dr. Daniel Kammen, and many more.

Ring Out! Celebratory Lunch and Live Auction – Following the panel, enjoy a celebratory luncheon of multicultural food, dancing and music, and a live auction supporting farmers and agricultural workers impacted by war.
