At the Regenerative Organic Alliance (ROA), we continue to improve our processes to make your renewal experience efficient and straightforward.

All Regenerative Organic Certified™ farmers and ranchers are required to submit a renewal application each year. This process allows you to confirm your certification status, communicate any changes to your operation, and ensure compliance with current program policies.

Once your renewal is submitted, the Regenerative Organic Alliance will forward your information to your certifying body for continued audit planning.

After submitting your complete renewal application, you will receive an invoice from accounting@regenorgstage.wpenginepowered.com for your annual ROA Producer Fee and any other applicable fees listed in the Cost and Fee Structure.

*Processing refers to any stage in the supply chain where Regenerative Organic Certified® materials (plant or animal products) are modified. Examples include slaughter, milling, cooking, mixing, or packaging. Processing may occur on-farm or at a separate facility. For example, if your operation grows Regenerative Organic Certified® coconuts and processes them into coconut oil or coconut sugar sold under your own label, you are considered both a producer and a processor.

A grower license is required when processing and selling products with ROC™ logo and/or ingredient claims. See Cost and Fee Structure Section 2.4 for details on related fees.

The ROA Producer License Agreement remains in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of signature, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section C.4 (Termination & Suspension). The operation must continue to submit an updated Regenerative Organic System Plan (ROSP), complete an on-site inspection annually to verify that the information provided in the ROSP accurately reflects the practice in place”. Please note the new option in Section A of this agreement to be listed in our online directory.
