Salary: $55,000-$65,000 USD Annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technology Systems Administrator to join our growing organization and manage our certification platform, Intact, while supporting our broader IT needs and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both the frontend and backend of the Intact platform and will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our Intact system. Additionally, the Technology Systems Administrator will provide internal and external support for stakeholders, develop policies and work instructions, enhance user experience and productivity, and help identify and support technologies that can support ROA’s growth and impact.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals, including project alignment, bottleneck review, and articulation of business and operational needs. This role also involves providing comprehensive support for internal systems, ensuring optimal performance and security across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Intact Platform Optimization: Maintain and optimize the Intact Platform, resolve bugs, and guide users. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise within the platform. Stay updated on the latest Intact platform features/updates and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Support Certification Processes: Understand and support certification processes related to Intact.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Maintain and develop ROA’s technology infrastructure, particularly around the Intact Platform. Configure and integrate internal systems such as Intact with other systems, ensuring data consistency.
- Project Management: Create specifications, manage vendor approvals, oversee implementation, and document processes.
- Testing and Bug Fixes: Test new and existing features, document bugs, and track resolutions.
- Communication and Support: Communicate issues and updates to staff including bug fixes, releases, and training. Train users on new software and equipment, and address hardware/software issues.
- Knowledge Management: Write and maintain user manuals, policies, and training materials; conduct virtual workshops; and identify and support ROA’s overall knowledge management through technology solutions (e.g. CRM integration).
- Data Management: Generate data exports for various projects.
- Technical Support: Provide remote technical support for internal systems like Microsoft O365 and CRM Systems.
- IT Systems Design and Implementation: Design and implement IT systems, configure hardware/software, and ensure optimal performance and security. Stay current with technology trends and improvements to internal systems for efficiency.
- Technology Growth Strategy: Understand ROA’s strategies for growth and impact and help lead and contribute to ROA’s overall technology strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years with the Intact platform and/ or similar systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Intact Platform.
- Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, system integration, support ticketing, and debugging.
- Software configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of data governance and cybersecurity.
- Project Management: Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Communication:
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Support and Coordination:
- Technical support and coordination.
- Policy development and training material creation.
- Other Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive process optimization.
- Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with audit and certification management.
- Certifications like IREB CPRE Foundation Level.
