Anabelle Woodrow serves as Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships at ROA. A strategic leader and food systems expert, Anabelle brings experience spanning the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, with deep expertise in market access, partnership development, and impact measurement.

Prior to joining ROA, Anabelle was a Food Supply Chain Impact Fellow with the Federation of American Scientists, detailed to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she supported implementation of a $420 million federal grant program focused on food system resilience. Her prior work centers on the intersection of supply chains, institutional market access, and regenerative agriculture. She authored the Farm-to-Healthcare Institution Toolkit at Rodale Institute and supported farm-to-school initiatives and impact analysis at 4P Foods. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Walmart eCommerce, Land O’Lakes Venture37, and Foodshed Capital, bringing a unique lens across government, nonprofit, and corporate environments.

Anabelle holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She is based in Colorado, where she serves on the Boulder County Farmers Market Food Hub Committee and enjoys trail running in her free time.
