At the ROA, we are constantly improving our processes to provide the most efficient and helpful approach available. We strive to make your renewal process as effortless as possible. A yearly renewal of your application helps you to stay current with our program policies and for the ROA to understand changes in your operation.
All Regenerative Organic Certified® farmers and ranchers are required to submit their renewal application by January 1, 2024.
Once your application is received, the ROA will submit the information along with an audit order to your certifying body to continue the renewal process.
After submitting your online renewal application, you will receive a confirmation email from certification@regenorganic.org outlining next steps in the renewal process. You will also receive an invoice from accounting@regenorganic.org for your annual ROA Producer Fee and any other applicable fees as defined in the Cost and Fee Structure.
