Do I have to follow the Farmer and Worker Fairness standards if I just want my crops/livestock certified?

Yes, these requirements apply to all workers on a Regenerative Organic Certified® farm operation, even if only a portion of the operation is in scope for the Soil Health and Animal Welfare pillars. For applicants located in the Global South, we require a social fairness baseline certification prior to applying.
