Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Intact Technical Specialist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Intact platform frontend and backend and will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our Intact system. The Intact Technical Specialist will also be responsible for internal and external support for stakeholders, policy and work instruction development, and increase the user experience and productivity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of organizational goals including aligning projects, reviewing bottlenecks, and articulating business/operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development: Research, draft and revise policies related to Intact, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Work Instruction Creation: Develop detailed, clear work instructions and standards operating procedures for teams interacting with Intact.

Configuration: Configure the Intact platform to meet organizational needs, including customizing workflows and dashboards

Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for external and internal users, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate Intact with other systems and ensure data consistency across platforms. Strong focus on data governance and cyber security.

Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on using the Intact platform effectively. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes. Develop communication and training implementation for clarity and success for internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the Intact platform, conducting regular audits and optimizations to improve functionality and user experience. Work closely with stakeholders to document bugs working with Intact support to resolve issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work with certification staff to thoroughly test and expand new, existing, and/or unused features to ensure seamless rollout to internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Intact platform features/updates and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Meet regularly and consistently with the Program Director to strategically implement updates.

Data visualization and Reporting: Generate data exports for various projects including, but not limited to, internal and external requests for information. Extract data reports for presentations to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with the Intact platform or similar systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in databases (Intact), Microsoft Office Suite, integrating systems, support ticketing systems, and debugging systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Detail Oriented: Strong focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving Mindset: Proactive approach to process optimization.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across functions and services in a fast-paced environment and influence decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with audit and certification management a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as IREB CPRE Foundation Level a plus.
